Attorney Bio

Steve has lived in Texas for more than four decades. He graduated from Southern Methodist University Law School in 1972 and has practiced family law ever since. In 1982, Steve became a board-certified family law attorney, a distinction held by only a handful of lawyers in Texas. Prior to starting his solo practice, Steve was a partner in a large firm for more than 16 years. His primary areas of practice are family law divorce and sports and entertainment law.

As a family lawyer, Steve is a firm believer in using mediation and collaborative law whenever possible, and most of time he is able to settle cases out of court. He understands the emotional and financial difficulty of divorce and works hard to settle cases calmly and quickly.
